Please join your Allegheny Chapter of the BMW CCA for the annual Fall Leaves drive on Saturday, October 16th. The route (see map below) goes from the Giant Eagle in Washington, PA to Hundred, WV via SR-231 and SR-18/69 before heading east to Mt. Morris, PA via SR-7 and then back to the Giant Eagle in Washington via SR-19. Lunch afterward is on your own, but there are over a dozen restaurants within a mile of the destination.
The departure location will be the parking lot at the Giant Eagle/GetGo in Washington, PA. The address is 331 Washington Rd, Washington, PA 15301. The driver’s meeting is at 9:20 AM and the drive will start at 9:30 AM and end around 1:30 PM.
Registration is limited to 36 vehicles.
As a reminder, we rate the drives in order to better inform members of the type of driving they can expect:
Leisure – A nice drive where you will be able to enjoy the countryside
Sporty – A speedier ride so you can enjoy those curves
Spirited – Your BMW will be moving through a lot of curves with spirited driving
Drive rating: A mix of Sporty and Spirited
Drive length: 143 miles
Drive duration: Four hours
Rest stops: 2
