Registration for the Friday drive covers the cost of lunch at the Century Inn and includes your choice of Turkey & Cranberry Club or Chicken Salad on Croissant. Registration is $45 per person. The Century Inn is a 200-year-old inn, nestled in the quaint village of Scenery Hill. Opened in 1794, the inn has hosted famous historic characters such as James K. Polk, General Santa Anna, Marquis de Lafayette, Albert Gallatin, David Bradford, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Jackson. Join the club for lunch. Route details to follow.
Welcome Reception with special guest Rob Siegel “The Hack Mechanic”. Dinner reception starts at 7:00 pm at the Hotel Indigo with after dinner presentation by Rob. Rob Siegel has written the monthly column The Hack Mechanic™ for Roundel, the magazine of The BMW Car Club of America, for 35 years. In addition, online Hack Mechanic columns appear weekly on Hagerty’s and BMW CCA’s websites. Rob has also written for Road & Track, Sports Car Market, Forbes, and Bimmer, and is the author of eight automotive-related books, including The New York Times-reviewed Memoirs of a Hack Mechanic. Given his druthers, he’d rather be a full-time performing songwriter, but damn the cars sure are a lot of fun. $55 per person. Join the biggest car show in the region at the BMW Club’s Schenley Park Car Corral. Includes weekend parking in Car Corral and access to BMW Tent, Race Program, and decal. The club has a reputation for its warm hospitality and the BMW tent at Schenley Park is one of the best places to watch the races at turn #13. All years and models of BMWs are welcome.
