Experience the heart-pounding thunder of the PVGP Historics at Pitt Race – Powered by Ford! If you are looking for speed, muscle and thunder, the PVGP Historics at Pittsburgh International Race Complex is the place to be. Since 2004, racers from all over the country have come to the PVGP Historics at the 2.8-mile purpose-built track 40 miles northwest of Pittsburgh for fierce and competition between the legends of the 60s and early 70s, including Mustangs, Corvettes, Jaguars, BMWs, Porsches and Alfa Romeos, to name a few.
This weekend provides plenty of excitement for the entire family. Visit the cars and drivers in the expansive paddock and watch the vintage races and exhilarating racing. If you feel the personal need for speed, that can be done too. For a donation to the charity, you can experience a lap on the track in a racecar with a driver or rent a go-kart and reach speeds up to 45 mph on the .82 mile karting track. Look for this event to grow in popularity and numbers in the coming years. Pitt Race Visitor Info.
