2017 PVGP Update!

PVGP 2017 UPDATE

To all of our guests that will be staying at the Double Tree Hotel in Greentree this year. The Hotel is in the middle of a big renovation project. We had to move our normal parking area. It is still located on the upper lot, but on the other side of the “bubble house”. Early registration for PVGP will be held there as well as wash bays furnished by our friends at Griot’s Garage. Our room block will also be moved there so that everything is in one area. We would like feedback on the move and if it works, we will use it in the future.

It has been brought to my attention that there is another block of rooms under PVGP at the hotel. I was unaware. If you said you were attending PVGP and did not specify BMW CCA you may be in the wrong block of rooms. The reservation count at the hotel for BMW is down this year. In order for our chapter to keep room costs down for you and also to receive rebate credit for the charities, we need credit for every room reserved. You will also be located somewhere else in the hotel. I am unable to see who is registered where. If you are currently registered, could you please call the hotel to make sure that you are with BMW CCA. If you are planning on staying at the hotel, the same applies.

We are just a few weeks away and I am looking for another great event. The Allegheny Chapter and myself want to thank everyone for “coming to da Burg” for the 35th Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.
